How to Use a tea rinse
Start by washing your hair well with shampoo.
If you want to, you can follow up with a conditioner.
Pour your prepared and cooled tea (cool for at least 45 minutes) over your hair.
Message the tea into your scalp.
Leave the tea on your hair, and towel dry.
Note: you may not need the entire 3 cups of tea for one rinse if you have shorter hair, but store the extra in a jar in the fridge for the next time you wash your hair.

Notes on Tea Rinses
When using tea to enhance the color of your hair (dark, red, or light hair) keep in mind that the changes in your hair will be slight not drastic.
Also keep in mind that the tea will only work on natural hair not dyed hair.
To save yourself time, you can make a larger batch of tea to use throughout the week.
Just make sure that you store the prepared and cooled tea in the refrigerator to keep it from going bad.
You can use loose leaf tea or tea bags for making your tea hair rinses.
Also, use your preferred method of preparing your tea, there are instructions for each tea, but that is just in case you aren’t sure how to prepare it.
