How to Make Red Raspberry leaf tea
To make this tea, you only need red raspberry leaves and water. However, you can also add some other ingredients to make it more tasty if you are not fond of the flavor.
Red Raspberry Leaves
Use fresh leaves or dried leaves, pick and dry them yourself, or buy them loose leaf or in tea bags.
For fresh leaves you will need about 1/4 cup of packed leaves, or about 7-10 small-medium sized leaves.
If using dried leaves, use about 1 teaspoon of dried and crushed red raspberry leaves.
Or if you have red raspberry leaf tea bags, use one.
Water
Preferably use filtered water by using a pitcher filter, berkey filter system, or fresh well water also works. If you don’t have any of these, tap water works just as well.
Additional Add-Ins
To make this tea taste and look even better, add 2 or 3 fresh or dried red raspberries.
You also sweeten this tea by adding 1 teaspoon of honey, maple syrup, or raw sugar.
