The ingredients
There are no exact measurements for making your own tortilla chips because they are so easy and versatile!
These last about a week, so make how ever many you think you will eat in that time frame.
Oil
You can use any of your favorite healthy oils or fats for these chips.
Try using olive oil, coconut oil (refined), butter, lard, or ghee. If the fat is not liquid, just melt it before brushing the tortillas with it.
Corn Tortillas
Use either white or yellow corn tortillas, homemade or ready made tortilla shells. Any size of tortillas will work.
Salt
Use a good quality salt to generously sprinkle on your homemade tortilla chips.
You can even make these extra flavorful by sprinkling on some garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cinnamon sugar, or other spices.

Can I make these in an airfryer?
Absolutely! Instead of placing the tortilla triangles on the baking sheet, place them in the airfryer.
Lightly brush them with oil, sprinkle with salt, and air-fry on 350°F for about 4-5 minutes, flip them over and fry the other side of the same amount of time.
They are done when they are crispy.
