How I take advantage of the benefits of apple cider vinegar are drinking and poring it on my hair.
I dilute about 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 2 cups of water to drink. It has a mild vinegar taste, but reminds me a lot of drinking lemon water (for a fraction of the cost).
To use apple cider vinegar for my hair, I dilute about 2 tablespoons of acv in 2 cups of water. I shampoo my hair as normal and then pour the diluted acv over my hair.
This helps reduce any buildup of shampoo or other hair products. I have even noticed my hair brushes and combs stay cleaner when using this.

Having low stomach acid can have some bad side effects such as, acid reflux and poor digestion. Drinking ACV can help raise stomach acid in order to digest food more efficiently.
Most OTC medications for acid reflux lower stomach acid; this is just a bandaid over the problem.
Lowering stomach acid might help the acid reflux to go away this time, but it will most likely come back.
A natural hair conditioner
ACV is an excellent conditioner that promotes shine and lowers buildup.

Shampoo your hair as normal and then in place of conventional conditioner, pour the ACV rinse over your hair. You can rinse this out or leave it on your hair. Dry and style your hair as normal.

How to drink ACV
Drink apple cider vinegar any time of day. If you drink it before meals, you will get the most digestive benefit.
Pour 1-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into some water. The amount of water you use is completely up to your taste. However, ACV can be corrosive to your teeth so make sure to use at least 8 ounces of water.
